Dr. Harz worked for the RAND Corporation, DARPA, NASA, DHS, and US military (all three services and Special Forces) and intelligence agencies; with major corporations including Boeing, Northrop, Lockheed, IBM, and NTT; as well as for Allied government agencies on five continents.
